ROBERT CHRISTIE (Actor, Company Videographer)
Mr. Christie joined the company playing 'Leo Loomis' in our Winter 2011 production of "Requiem
for a Heavyweight." He then was 'T. Stedman Harder' in our Fall production of "A Moon for
the Misbegotten." He is a long-time veteran character actor in the Washington, D.C. vicinity, as well as Atlanta
and New York, having appeared in more than 30 stage productions ranging from musicals and comedies, to dramas such as "Antigone,"
"Picnic," "Volpone," "Rashomon," "A Thousand Clowns," and "The Fantastics."
He also has his own film production company, RC Features.
SEAN COE (Actor, Senior Company Advisor)
Mr. Coe first joined the company in early 2007 when he portrayed 'General George
Pickett' (along with 4 other historical roles) in our outdoor Civil War production of "The Killer Angels."
Since then, he has portrayed for our company such roles as John F. Kennedy -- as a US Senator and later as President, initially
in our World Premiere stage adaptation of JFK's Pulitzer Prize winning book, "Profiles in Courage,"
'Yank' in "S.S. Glencairn," 'Major Cornelius Melody' in "A Touch of the
Poet," 'Mat Burke' in "Anna Christie," 'Mountain McClintock', the
washed-up boxer, in Rod Serling's "Requiem for a Heavyweight" and most recently, the coveted
role of 'James Tyrone, Jr.' in O'Neill's "A Moon for the Misbegotten."
BENJAMIN FAN (Resident Lighting and Sound Designer, Company Advisor)
Mr. Fan joined our company in early 2009 designing the lighting
and sound for our production of Eugene O'Neill's 4 sea plays which make up "S.S. Glencairn."
Since that time, he was lighting and sound designer for our production of O'Neill's "A Touch of the
Poet," received an exemplary critical review for his sound design in our 2010 production of O'Neill's
"Anna Christie," designed lights and sound for our critically acclaimed production of Rod Serling's
"Requiem for a Heavyweight," and most recently won RAVES from the critics for his set and lighting
designs for our production of "A Moon for the Misbegotten."
Prior to joining The Heritage-O'Neill, Mr. Fan was
the resident Sound and Lighting technician at The Chesapeake Performing Arts Center, The Maryland Shakespeare Festival,
and The Clarice Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland in College Park, where he graduated with a B.S. degree.
DEXTER HAMLETT (Actor, Company Advisor)
Prior to his recent role as 'Phil Hogan' in our Fall, 2011 production of "A Moon for
the Misbegotten," Mr. Hamlett won high praise and recognition for his role with our company as cutman / boxing
trainer 'Army' in Rod Serling's "Requiem for a Heavyweight." Previous to his joining
our company with "Requiem," Mr. Hamlett appeared in "Mojo and the Sayso" at the African
Continuum Theatre, "The Saints Play" with Factory 449, and "Peter Pan" at The Olney
Playhouse. He was also seen in Woolly Mammoth's "The Cockburn Rituals," and at the Wil Geer Theatricum
Botanicum in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," "As You Like It," "The Tempest," and "The
Skin of our Teeth."
GEORGE TAMERLANI (Actor, Company Member)
Mr. Tamerlani joined our company after appearing as 'Pirelli', the sleazy wrestling promoter,
in Rod Serling's masterpiece drama, "Requiem for a Heavyweight." Previous to "Requiem,"
he was seen as 'Anagnos' in the Synapse Theatre's production of "The Miracle Worker,"
and as 'Wachtel' in the Alchemy Theater's production of "The Farnsworth Invention."
